“Live” Real Estate Prelicensing Class from Carpenter Realtors and RECP

We’re excited to announce that – beginning July 5th – Carpenter Realtors and RECP will offer our first ever live prelicensing class! A Carpenter Realtors live prelicensing class has been a goal for over 20 years, to give new agents an experience that would be the foundation for long term, rewarding careers in real estate. What better time to do this than at the initial stage of a new agent’s career?
Carpenter Realtors has had an online pre-licensing class for about two years and we have had many successful real estate agents get their start this way. However, we began to notice that not all new prospective agents excel at taking an online course. That was when having a live pre-licensing class began to become a reality.
Our goal was to offer the class with the best Instructor we could find and Dave Goff is just that. Dave Goff has over 23 years of “boots on the ground” real estate experience. Dave managed our Carmel office for 10 years and had the distinction of serving as President of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors. Dave was elected to this position of honor because he is held in such high esteem by his peers. Dave has an uncanny ability to impart knowledge in a relatable and meaningful way, truly a unique and God-given talent. We are confident of his ability to prepare his students well for the state exam, but more importantly, for a long and rewarding career in real estate.
The classes will be held at our 8722 North Meridian Office, July 5 – September 2. Classes will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Our classroom is comfortable and the learning environment promises to be supportive and enjoyable.
