Indianapolis has again taken its rightful spot at the top of the 10 Most Affordable Housing Markets in the country in CNN Money’s latest report.   The keys according to data from the National Association of Home Builders and Wells Fargo are the fact that Indianapolis has a median household income near the national average ($66,900) while having a median home sales price ($102,000) well below the national average.
